LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ”VOLOTEA TRAVEL PHOTO AWARDS” CONTEST

These legal terms and conditions relate to the contest called “VOLOTEA TRAVEL PHOTO AWARDS”, organized by VOLOTEA, S.L., with registered office at Aeropuerto de Asturias, Santiago del Monte, 33459 Castrillón (Spain) and tax ID no. NIF B-64841927 (hereinafter, “VOLOTEA), and set out the rules governing the contest and participation therein (the “Official Rules”).

The participation rules will be available to users through the website: https://www.voloteatravelphotoawards.com.

1.- CONTEST ORGANIZER

VOLOTEA, S.L. (hereinafter, “VOLOTEA”)

2.- PARTICIPATION PERIOD.

The participation period for this contest will run from 15th of June 2026 to 10th of September 2026, both dates included.

In both the “Professional” and “Amateur” categories, the winner and finalists will be selected by a professional jury and the result will be notified on 29th of September 2026.

3.- ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE.

Only natural persons over 18 years of age, with legal residence in any European Union country, who have accepted these Official Rules, together with each of their terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy included herein, and who comply with the same, may participate in this contest.

Exclusions

The following may not participate in this contest: employees of (i) VOLOTEA, (ii) advertising agencies, (iii) promotional agencies, or (iv) any other companies directly or indirectly related to this contest; as well as their relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity and/or affinity.

Nor may participate persons who do not meet each and every requirement set out in the previous paragraph of these Official Rules, nor those who provide false or fraudulent data, use third-party data without their prior consent, or use data of minors.

If any person who does not meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules, or any of the persons who may not take part in the contest, were to be declared a winner, that person shall be excluded from the contest and shall lose the right to receive the prize.

4.- SCOPE AND NATURE.

This contest will be carried out and applied only in European Union countries.

Participation is free of charge, and the winners will be selected by a special jury appointed by VOLOTEA, composed of professional photographers and professionals from the publishing and advertising industries. Participation in the contest will be completely free, with no additional cost or charge associated with taking part in it, except, where applicable, any costs arising from digital connections and internet access required by each participant

5.- DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES.

The prizes in this contest consist of the following items, depending on the category:

  • Professional category: The winner in the Professional category will receive a prize consisting of the sum of items (i), (ii) and (iii) below:
    1. One year of free flights operated by VOLOTEA, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this same clause;
    2. One FUJIFILM professional camera and one lens; and
    3. One TropicFeel backpack and one gift card worth EUR 75, valid for purchases over EUR 129 (not combinable with other discounts).

    • In addition, each of the five finalists in the Professional category will receive a prize consisting of: one discount voucher worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 250), redeemable with VOLOTEA on flights operated directly by that airline; and one TropicFeel gift card valued at EUR 50, valid for purchases over EUR 129 (not combinable with other discounts).

  • Amateur category: The winner in the Amateur category will receive a prize consisting of the sum of items (i), (ii) and (iii) below:
    1. A credit of ONE THOUSAND EUROS (EUR 1,000) to be redeemed for flights operated by VOLOTEA, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this same clause;
    2. One FUJIFILM digital camera; and
    3. One TropicFeel backpack and one gift card worth EUR 75, valid for purchases over EUR 129 (not combinable with other discounts).

    • In addition, each of the five finalists in the Amateur category will receive a prize consisting of: one discount voucher worth ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 150), redeemable with VOLOTEA on flights operated directly by that airline; and one TropicFeel gift card valued at EUR 50, valid for purchases over EUR 129 (not combinable with other discounts).

Particular terms and conditions of the one-year free flights prize for the winner of the Professional category

The prize consists of 1 year of free flights up to a maximum amount of THREE THOUSAND EUROS (EUR 3,000), redeemable with VOLOTEA, solely for the purchase of airline tickets for flights operated by VOLOTEA through the website https://www.volotea.com and subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The credit may be used only to purchase one-way or round-trip flights for a maximum of two people, on flights operated by VOLOTEA and for flights taking place during the one-year period starting on the date the credit is issued, excluding the following periods: (i) from 20 December 2026 to 6 January 2027, (ii) from 19 March 2027 to 29 March 2027, and (iii) from 10 July 2027 to 16 August 2027. Redemption of the discount voucher and therefore purchase of the airline tickets must be made no later than twenty-one (21) days before the expiry date of the credit. The prize is personal and non-transferable. In addition, tickets may be purchased for the winning participant in the Professional category and up to 1 companion (2 people in total, including the winner). This companion does not need to be the same person each time, but the winner must appear in the booking and travel.

Bookings must be made by email to: travel@volotea.com.

If the credit has not been used and/or redeemed by the deadline, it will automatically become unusable and disabled from the following day. In that case, the winner will lose any right to the prize and may not claim any compensation from VOLOTEA.

The value of the discount voucher may under no circumstances be used to purchase additional services other than those indicated in this clause, and it may only be used for new bookings. In all cases, the prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or for any other prize, product or service.

Pursuant to Article 3 of EC Regulation 261/2004, the flights covered by this prize are excluded from its scope of application, as they are free tickets.

VOLOTEA shall not be responsible for any misuse of the prizes, nor for the discount voucher being unusable as a result of any of the following: (i) it being redeemed after the deadline for redemption; or (ii) it having already been redeemed by another user for a reason not attributable to VOLOTEA. The prizes may be subject to tax obligations depending on the winner's country of residence.

Particular terms and conditions of the EUR 1,000 credit prize to be redeemed for flights operated by Volotea for the winner of the Amateur category

The prize consists of a credit of ONE THOUSAND EUROS (EUR 1,000), redeemable with VOLOTEA, solely for the purchase of airline tickets for flights operated by VOLOTEA through the website https://www.volotea.com and subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The credit may be used only to purchase one-way or round-trip flights for a maximum of two people, on flights operated by VOLOTEA and for flights taking place during the one-year period starting on the date the credit is issued, excluding the following periods: (i) from 20 December 2026 to 6 January 2027, (ii) from 19 March 2027 to 29 March 2027, and (iii) from 10 July 2027 to 16 August 2027. Profesional Particular terms and conditions of the discount voucher of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 250) to be redeemed on flights operated by VOLOTEA, for each of the five finalists in the Professional category

The prize will consist of one (1) discount voucher of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 250), for each of the five finalists in the Professional category, redeemable for the purchase of VOLOTEA tickets through the website https://www.volotea.com The discount voucher may be used to purchase round-trip flights for a maximum of two people, on flights operated by Volotea and for flights taking place during the period from 15 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, excluding the following dates: from 20 December 2026 to 6 January 2027 and from 19 March 2027 to 29 March 2027. The prize is personal and non-transferable. In addition, tickets may be purchased for the finalist participant in the Professional category and up to 1 companion (2 people in total, including the winner). This companion does not need to be the same person each time, but the winner must appear in the booking and travel.

If the discount voucher has not been used and/or redeemed before 30 June 2027, it will automatically become unusable and disabled.

The value of the discount voucher may only be used for the purchase of VOLOTEA tickets; under no circumstances may it be used to purchase any other additional services. In all cases, the prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or for any other prize, product or service.

Pursuant to Article 3 of EC Regulation 261/2004, the flights covered by this prize are excluded from its scope of application, as they are free tickets.

VOLOTEA shall not be responsible for any misuse of the prizes, nor for the code delivered as a prize being unusable as a result of: (i) redemption after the deadline for redemption (30 June 2027); or (ii) it having already been redeemed by another user for a reason not attributable to VOLOTEA.

Particular terms and conditions of the discount voucher of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 150) to be redeemed on flights operated by VOLOTEA, for each of the five finalists in the Amateur category

The prize will consist of one (1) discount voucher of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 150), for each of the five finalists in the Amateur category, redeemable for the purchase of VOLOTEA tickets through the website https://www.volotea.com. The discount voucher may be used to purchase round-trip flights for a maximum of two people, on flights operated by VOLOTEA and for flights taking place during the period from 15 October 2026 to 30 June 2027, excluding the following dates: from 20 December 2026 to 6 January 2027 and from 19 March 2027 to 29 March 2027. The prize is personal and non-transferable. In addition, tickets may be purchased for the finalist participant in the Amateur category and up to 1 companion (2 people in total, including the winner). This companion does not need to be the same person each time, but the winner must appear in the booking and travel.

If the discount voucher has not been used and/or redeemed before 30 June 2027, it will automatically become unusable and disabled.

The value of the discount voucher may only be used for the purchase of VOLOTEA tickets; under no circumstances may it be used to purchase any other additional services. In all cases, the prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or for any other prize, product or service.

Pursuant to Article 3 of EC Regulation 261/2004, the flights covered by this prize are excluded from its scope of application, as they are free tickets.

VOLOTEA shall not be responsible for any misuse of the prizes, nor for the code delivered as a prize being unusable as a result of: (i) redemption after the deadline for redemption (30 June 2027); or (ii) it having already been redeemed by another user for a reason not attributable to VOLOTEA.

Particular terms and conditions of the FUJIFILM professional camera and lens prize, for the winner of the Professional category

In the Professional category, the prize will consist of a FUJIFILM X-T50 digital camera and a FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens. The total value of this prize is ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE EUROS (EUR 1,599).

The prize will be sent by post to the European Union address provided by the winner in the contest registration form.

VOLOTEA shall not assume any liability arising from the prize offered by third-party providers linked to the Volotea Travel Photo Awards, including, without limitation, technical issues or changes in the characteristics of the prize itself.

Particular terms and conditions of the FUJIFILM digital camera prize, for the winner of the Amateur category

In the Amateur category, the prize will be a FUJIFILM X Half digital camera. The total value of this prize is no more than ONE THOUSAND EUROS (EUR 1,000).

The prize will be sent by post to the European Union address provided by the winner in the contest registration form.

VOLOTEA shall not assume any liability arising from the prize offered by third-party providers linked to the Volotea Travel Photo Awards, including, without limitation, technical issues or changes in the characteristics of the prize itself.

Particular terms and conditions of the Tropicfeel backpack prize for the winner of the Professional category

The prize will consist of one (1) Tropicfeel brand backpack, model Shelter Backpack 20L to 40L. The total value of this prize is TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR EUROS (EUR 294).

The prize will be sent by post to the European Union address provided by the winner in the contest registration form.

VOLOTEA shall not assume any liability arising from the prize offered by third-party providers linked to the Volotea Travel Photo Awards, including, without limitation, technical issues or changes in the characteristics of the prize itself.

Particular terms and conditions of the Tropicfeel backpack prize for the winner of the Amateur category

The prize will consist of one (1) Tropicfeel brand backpack, model Shell Backpack 20L to 40L. The total value of this prize is ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE EUROS (EUR 189).

The prize will be sent by post to the European Union address provided by the winner in the contest registration form.

VOLOTEA shall not assume any liability arising from the prize offered by third-party providers linked to the Volotea Travel Photo Awards, including, without limitation, technical issues or changes in the characteristics of the prize itself.

6.- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZES.

  • The prizes are those described in these Official Rules.
  • The prizes do not include costs not contemplated in these Official Rules.
  • All expenses relating to upgrades, additional services and extras that do not correspond to the prize detailed in these Official Rules shall be borne by the prize winner.
  • The prize included in this contest may under no circumstances be exchanged, altered or compensated in cash at the request of the winner or finalist.
  • Waiver of the prize does not give rise to any right to compensation.
  • The prize or the right to obtain it is non-transferable.
  • The commercialization and/or sale of the prize or the right to obtain it is prohibited.
  • All taxes and fees related to the prize in this contest, or any additional expenses caused by delay, omission or negligence on the part of the winner or finalist, shall be borne by the winner or finalist, unless otherwise expressly stated in these rules.
  • The claims period ends ten (10) calendar days after the date on which the contest winners are announced and published.

Taxation of the prizes

In accordance with the tax legislation in force on Personal Income Tax in the European Union countries where this contest applies, prizes awarded through participation in contests may be subject to withholding or payment on account depending on their amount.

In particular, the prize consisting of "one year of free flights" for the Professional category is valued for tax purposes at EUR 3,000. The remaining prizes in the contest are valued for tax purposes at the amount indicated in these Official Rules or, failing that, at their market value on the date of delivery.

In the case of winners who are tax residents in Spain, VOLOTEA will assume the amount corresponding to the withholding or payment on account of Personal Income Tax that may apply, depending on the value of the prize; however, the winner shall be responsible for including both the value of the prize and the amount of the non-recovered withholding or payment on account in their annual Personal Income Tax return, if they are required to do so.

In the case of winners who are not tax residents in Spain, Volotea will make the corresponding withholding or payment on account, unless a relevant double taxation treaty applies. In any event, the winner shall be responsible for complying with the tax obligations applicable in their country of tax residence.

7. – PARTICIPATION MECHANICS.

To participate in this contest, and during the participation period set out in Section Two, users must access the website https://www.voloteatravelphotoawards.com and correctly complete the participation form made available for that purpose, choosing in advance either the Professional or the Amateur category.

It is an essential requirement in order to be eligible for one of the prizes that participants provide all the data necessary to participate in this contest correctly, in accordance with these Official Rules. Persons who (i) do not provide such information, (ii) do not accept the contest terms and conditions, or (iii) do not accept the privacy policy included in these Official Rules, will not participate in this contest. All data provided by the participant must be truthful and accurate. If the participant has provided false or fraudulent data, their participation will not be considered and they will be excluded from the contest and from the possibility of obtaining any prize. The use of third-party data without their prior consent, or the use of data of minors, is strictly prohibited.

Once users have provided their participation data, they must submit an original photograph with a travel theme, VOLOTEA destinations, or landscapes, together with information about it, specifying the title and description of the photograph, the author of the photograph, and the place where it was taken.

Users must accept the contest participation terms and conditions, the privacy policy, as well as VOLOTEA's use, in terms of intellectual property, of the photographs submitted to the contest.

Photograph requirements:

  • Users must submit original works and must not infringe any intellectual property rights or image rights of third parties;
  • Photographs must be in jpg format;
  • Photographs must not exceed a maximum size of 40 MB each.

A maximum of 5 entries per user will be allowed, meaning that each participant may submit up to a maximum of 5 photographs to the contest. Participants for whom there is a reasonable suspicion, or who are found to have used fake accounts or different profiles to fraudulently increase their chances of obtaining more than one prize, will be automatically disqualified from the contest.

Submissions containing sexual and/or erotic, violent, degrading, racist, classist, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive content, or content that may offend the sensibilities of an average person or incite illegal and/or immoral conduct, or that otherwise violate the terms of use of the Instagram platform, will not be accepted. Likewise, submissions that infringe intellectual and/or industrial property rights, that undermine VOLOTEA's image and/or trademarks, or that infringe any other third-party right, will not be accepted. Participation through submissions that include third-party personal data without the express consent of such third parties is also prohibited.

Users shall be responsible for their own submissions, exonerating VOLOTEA from any liability arising from content provided by such users.

Winner selection

On the date scheduled in the Participation Period, the jury appointed by VOLOTEA, composed of professional photographers and professionals from the publishing and advertising industries, will select the winning photographs in each category (Professional and Amateur) based on criteria of technique, visual narrative, impact, lighting and creativity.

In both the Professional and Amateur categories, the jury will select the winning photograph from among all photographs submitted to the contest that comply with the required terms and conditions. The winner will receive the prize corresponding to their category. In addition, five (5) other finalists will be selected in each category, who will also receive the prizes provided for their category.

The winners will be published during the week of 21 to 27 September on the same participation website (https://www.voloteatravelphotoawards.com) and on VOLOTEA's official social media accounts, publishing the winning photo and its author.

In both categories, the jury may select reserve winning photographs to replace the chosen photographs in the event of incomplete or incorrect identification, inability to locate the participant, or failure to comply with the requirements set out in these Official Rules at any time during the contest and among the remaining participants in this contest. If the number of reserve participants is insufficient, VOLOTEA may dispose of the prize at its sole discretion as it sees fit.

Selection of the winner by the jury is final and not subject to appeal.

Notification, acceptance and delivery of the prizes

Once the winners of both categories have been selected, VOLOTEA will contact the prize winners by the email address they provided to inform them of the contest result, request acceptance of the prize, and request the necessary information and relevant instructions for enjoying it.

The winner shall have a maximum period of FIVE (5) business days to accept the prize and provide the requested information from receipt of the aforementioned email. Once that period has elapsed, if the winner has not provided the complete information necessary for delivery of the prize, cannot or does not wish to accept it, waives it, or cannot be located, VOLOTEA will contact any reserve winner that may exist or, failing that, declare the prize void, and VOLOTEA may dispose of it in whatever manner it deems most appropriate.

Actual delivery of the prizes will be conditional upon the winner complying with the conditions specified in these Official Rules and upon the truthfulness of the information provided by the winner to VOLOTEA.

8.- RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.

VOLOTEA reserves the right to disqualify participants who misuse the contest, engage in fraudulent acts or harm other participants. If VOLOTEA or any entity professionally linked to this contest detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal operation of the contest, or is carrying out fraudulent acts that undermine the transparency of the contest, VOLOTEA reserves the right to remove and even automatically withdraw the prize from any participant who has directly or indirectly benefited from such fraudulent acts, and may also exercise any civil or criminal actions that may correspond.

Likewise, VOLOTEA reserves the right to reject photographs, and to remove and expel automatically and without prior notice any participant whom it considers not to be complying with the participation conditions or to be misusing or abusing the contest, and to withhold the prize if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

VOLOTEA reserves the right to make changes or add successive annexes regarding the mechanics and prizes of this contest, provided that such changes are justified and duly communicated on the above-mentioned website. VOLOTEA reserves the right to postpone or extend the participation period, as well as the power to interpret these Official Rules.

If this contest could not be carried out, whether due to detected fraud, technical errors, force majeure or any other reason beyond VOLOTEA's control affecting its normal operation, VOLOTEA reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it, without participants being entitled to claim any liability from VOLOTEA.

9.- PRIVACY POLICY.

Controller: In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you are informed that the data will be collected by the Spanish entity VOLOTEA, S.L., with registered office at Asturias Airport, Santiago del Monte (Castrillon), 33459, tax ID B-64841927, and contact: dataprotection@volotea.com.

Purpose of processing: The purpose of processing your data is to manage participation in this contest, as well as the management and delivery of prizes and the publication of results on Social Media, mentioning the first and last name and, where applicable, the profile of the winner. Likewise, your data will also be processed to ensure proper management of the corresponding transfer of image rights and intellectual property rights. The data may also be used, where applicable, to comply with the corresponding tax obligations.

Base legal: The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance and fulfilment of the contractual obligations arising from these Official Rules, the transfer of image rights and intellectual property rights, and the corresponding tax obligations.

Providing the data is mandatory in order to manage participation and, where applicable, delivery of the prizes. Any false communication of personal data shall entitle VOLOTEA to disqualify the participant and dispose of the prize as it sees fit.

To whom will your data be disclosed?: Where applicable, the winner's data may be disclosed to the competent tax authorities for the purpose of complying with the relevant tax obligations. Likewise, VOLOTEA works with certain service providers who may have access to your personal data and will process it solely on behalf of and for VOLOTEA as a result of their services for the proper management of the contest.

Users’ rights: Data subjects may at any time and free of charge exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by email to dataprotection@volotea.com. The same email address may also be used to contact our Data Protection Officer.

How long will we keep participants’ data?: Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage participation in this contest and, where applicable, to manage the prizes and/or while legal obligations of VOLOTEA remain in force. The data of those users who have requested commercial information will be retained until the user requests unsubscribing from or objecting to these commercial services, in accordance with the privacy policy available on our website. Likewise, the winner's data will be retained until the prize has been fully processed.

Right to lodge a complaint with Supervisory Authorities: Likewise, data subjects have the possibility of contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that the processing described herein is not carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

10.- IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Image rights

Some of the photographs will be published on VOLOTEA's digital channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the websites volotea.com and volare.volotea.com. The publication may include the author's first and last name and, where applicable, their Instagram profile. The photographs may also be used for communication purposes through press releases, media articles and content and campaigns linked to the promotion of the Volotea Travel Photo Awards.

Users whose photographs include their image and/or the image of third parties must have written prior and specific consent for the inclusion of their image in the submitted photograph and for any uses that VOLOTEA may make of it. VOLOTEA may request this authorization in writing. Otherwise, VOLOTEA may withdraw any prize that may have been awarded to them.

By participating in this contest, participants consent to the assignment, use, publication and reproduction worldwide, in accordance with the limits established under Spanish law, to VOLOTEA, S.L. of their image, voice, and first and last name, in any type of advertising, promotion or publication, including TV, the Internet, social media or any other medium of any nature for commercial, informational or corporate purposes, without this giving rise to any right for the participant to receive any compensation. VOLOTEA, S.L. informs participants that it will disseminate the contest through third-party media, and the participant is informed of and authorises this disclosure to third parties, as well as the possible appearance of their image in such media and the processing of their personal data by VOLOTEA, S.L. collaborators for this purpose.

Intellectual property

Participants undertake to submit original content and to refrain from infringing any intellectual and/or industrial property rights. In this regard, VOLOTEA shall be released from any liability arising from any infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights that any participant may commit by submitting content that is not original or over which they do not hold the necessary rights.

Participants assign to VOLOTEA and its collaborators the rights over the photographs submitted for participation in this contest for the purpose of publishing the entries and communicating the result of this contest, as well as for publication on the websites and social media profiles of VOLOTEA and its collaborators. In particular, for this purpose, the exploitation rights will be assigned, especially public communication, distribution, transformation and reproduction. All these rights may be used in any advertising format of VOLOTEA and its collaborators, as well as in any media outlet, including television, the Internet, social media, analogue and digital media, or any written media, without any compensation whatsoever.

On the other hand, VOLOTEA and/or its collaborators may request authorisation from participants to use the photographs in advertising campaigns, promotional actions, events, etc., for commercial and advertising purposes. In such cases, those users who so wish must sign a rights assignment document.

10.1.- APPLICABLE LAW.

This contest is governed by current Spanish law.

10.2.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND JURISDICTION.

Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these Official Rules and express submission to the interpretative decisions made by VOLOTEA in relation thereto. The winner may be asked to sign a written document accepting all the contest terms and conditions. If the winner does not wish to sign this document, VOLOTEA reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

For any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation and application of these rules, both VOLOTEA and the participants in this contest expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain). They therefore expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law.

10.3.- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

VOLOTEA shall not be liable for:

  • Any error or omission in the information and data provided by the participants themselves which could prevent their identification or the delivery of the prize.
  • Delays, deterioration or loss of the prize for any reason not directly attributable to VOLOTEA.
  • The use made of the prize by the winner.
  • The services that third parties must provide in connection with this contest, in particular for errors or negligence by third parties that may intervene in the conduct of the contest, the delivery or enjoyment of the prize and/or problems of transmission or loss of data not attributable to it, nor for irregularities in postal deliveries.
  • Failures or incidents in telecommunications systems that prevent normal access to or operation of the participation website, VOLOTEA being likewise exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from temporary unavailability or lack of continuity in the operation of telecommunications networks.
  • The operation of the Instagram social network. Likewise, VOLOTEA shall also not be responsible for its privacy policy, nor for its registration terms and conditions, personal data protection and intellectual property terms and conditions. Users are advised, before providing any data on Instagram, to carefully read its terms and conditions.
  • VOLOTEA shall remove from the contest any participant who, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, infringes through their participation the intellectual property, industrial property or other similar rights of third parties or any civil, criminal or other applicable regulations; and may also exercise any civil or criminal actions that may correspond.
